I am all about the coconut rum lately. All. About. It. When I found this recipe on Pinterest, I knew I had to try it and trust me, it does not disappoint. Also? What did we EVER do before Pinterest??? Were we all a bunch of lost souls? Anyway, this week’s Hump Day Cocktail is The Georgia Peach Martini.
2 oz coconut rum
2 oz peach schnapps
2 oz vodka
4 oz ginger ale
Fresh peach slices
*The only change I made to this recipe was to double it; you should always make enough to share.
Pour all ingredients, except for the ginger ale, into a cocktail shaker filled with…what else? ICE! Shake well, strain and pour into 2 chilled martini glasses. Top with ginger ale and garnish with a sweet and juicy peach slice. You’re welcome.
