It’s no secret that pineapple juice is brimming with health benefits, so what better way to get your daily antioxidants and hydration than with a healthy frozen treat?

1.) Go Green Smoothie

Ingredients
1/2 cup DOLE Pineapple Juice, chilled
4 cups (5 oz) baby spinach
3/4 cup vanilla soy milk
1 cup frozen mango chunks, partially thawed
1 banana
1 tbsp whole ground flaxseed meal

Directions
Step 1:
Combine spinach, soy milk and pineapple juice in blender or food processor container. Cover; blend until smooth, scraping down sides, if necessary.
Step 2:
Add mango chunks, banana and flaxseed. Cover; blend until smooth.

2.) Antioxidant Burst

Ingredients
1 cup DOLE Pineapple Juice
1/2 cup blueberries
1/2 cup raspberries
1/2 cup strawberries
1/2 cup blackberries
1 to 2 ice cubes (optional)

Directions
In a blender, add all of the ingredients and blend until smooth.

3/4 cup DOLE Pineapple Juice
1 carton (6 oz) strawberry yogurt
1 banana, sliced

Directions
Combine pineapple juice, yogurt and banana in blender or food processor. Cover; blend until thick and smooth. Serve immediately.

1 cup vanilla almond milk
1/4 cup chopped crystallized ginger
2 cups frozen mango chunks, partially thawed
1 tsp chopped fresh ginger (optional)

Directions
Combine almond milk, pineapple juice and gingers in blender or food processor container. Cover; blend until ginger is finely chopped. Add mango, cover; blend until smooth. Serve immediately.

6.) Island Shake

Ingredients
1 cup DOLE Pineapple Juice
1 medium, ripe banana
2 cups frozen mango chunks or sliced peaches, partially thawed
1 carton (6 oz) peach or piña colada low fat yogurt
1/2 tsp finely grated lemon peel

Directions
Combine banana, mango chunks, pineapple juice, yogurt and lemon peel in blender or food processor container. Cover; blend until smooth.
