Oat straw and Goat’s Milk Bath Tea

This is a bath tea I came up with for different types of problematic skin, including eczema and body acne.  Oat straw is very nourishing as well as soothing and relaxing which can help ease the pain of rheumatism and is also helpful with burns. Goat’s milk contains lactic acid which promotes skin rejuvenation and is beneficial for people with acne.

Felicity Huffman's What The Flicka | Oatstraw & Goat's Milk Bath Tea

1 cup Oat straw Tops
4 tablespoons Goat’s milk powder
4 Large sealable tea bags

Mix the first 2 ingredients in a bowl and add about 1/4 cup of the mixture to 1 large tea bag. Seal the bag with an iron. Makes enough for 4 tea bags.

Put the Oat straw tea bag under the running water of your warm bath. Soak for 20 minutes to get the full benefits of the bath tea.

Once out of the tub, make sure to moisturize with body butter and drink an 8 ounce glass of water to rehydrate your body. Use the bath tea 2-3 times a week.
