This is a great way to kick off the Fall season. A pumpkin spice frappe. Yum! It’s less than 100 calories and approximately 2 grams of fat. Since I’m lactose-intolerant, I used almond milk.
You can also omit the coffee so the little ones can enjoy one. Unless you want your kids hyped up on coffee and would like to hand them off to your husband once he gets home. Oooh, sounds like a plan! Let’s get to it!
1 1/2 cups coffee, frozen, partially thawed (or replace coffee with 6-8 ice cubes)
3 Tbsp. pumpkin, canned
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
1/2 tsp. pumpkin spice, ground
1 tsp. stevia
1/2 cup Silk Pure Almond Vanilla (or low-fat milk)
2 tbsp. whip cream, fat free
1 dash cinnamon, ground
