Jelly Bean Sparkle-tini

I have to keep reminding myself that Easter is this Sunday. In fact, I almost forgot to research Easter-y cocktails! That would have been tragic. Especially since we would have missed out on what I now have planned for you all.  Are you ready? We are making our own flavor-infused vodka. BOOM.

Felicity Huffman's What The Flicka | Jelly Bean Martini

Ingredients (for vodka):
- 1/4 cup of jelly beans
- 1/2 cup of vodka
- Clean glass jar with lid

Note: For best results, pick your favorite color/flavor jelly bean and only use that one. I chose pink for mine because it’s the best one, obvs. Place your jelly beans in a jar and pour the vodka on top. Let it sit for 48 hours and then carefully strain. It should make about 4 ounces.

Ingredients (for cocktail):
- 3 ounces of jelly bean-infused vodka
- 6 ounces of Champagne
- Marshmallow Peeps (I prefer bunnies) for garnish

Directions:
Pour vodka over ice, into a martini shaker and add champagne. Gently stir to combine ingredients and then strain into 2 chilled martini glasses. Garnish with a cute little bunny Peep on the side of your glass. Happy Easter!

Cheers!

Editor’s Note: I took some pictures of the process, but unfortunately won’t have pictures of the actual cocktail until the vodka is ready. I found the picture with the Peeps bunny on Pinterest, but couldn’t track down the original owner of the image. If it’s you, let me know we’ll be sure to include the photo credit!
