Hump Day Cocktail: Pimm’s & Ginger Ale

I love making drinks that are delicious AND easy – 3 to 4 ingredients and I’m a happy girl! I like to save elaborate drinks for special occasions. Think holidays and family gatherings. Don’t worry your pretty little heads, I will be happy to share when the situations arise.

This drink is called Pimm’s and Ginger Ale. It’s British and therefore makes me feel sophisticated. Perfect for a summer afternoon, sitting on a deck watching the kids play. AND, it looks like iced tea so no one will judge. ;)

Here is what you’ll need:

  1. Pimm’s No. 1
  2. Ginger Ale
  3. Lemon or Lime

A highball glass is recommended, but I use a tumbler… mainly because I don’t have a highball glass. Fill the glass with ice, add Pimm’s until it is half full, top with ginger ale and add a lemon or lime for garnish (I prefer lime but they weren’t looking so hot at the store, so opted for a lemon).

Sit back, relax and enjoy!
