I’m taking you all back to Margaritaville with the cocktail recipe this week. I like it there, and so, we shall go. I love all of these cocktails that call for fresh fruit—I totally count them as one of my daily servings. So let’s get started!
2 cups frozen or fresh raspberries
1 tablespoon lemon juice
3 ounces tequila
1 ounce orange liqueur
2 ounces raspberry liqueur
1 cup ice
Whole, fresh raspberries, for garnish
Lemon wedges and slices
Sugar, for glasses
Run a lemon wedge around the rims of 2 margarita glasses, then dip them into sugar. After that, combine raspberries, lemon juice, tequila, orange liqueur, raspberry liqueur, and ice in a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into your prepared margarita glasses and garnish with a lemon wheel.
