Today marks the official start of spring. FINALLY! Although where I live, the weather is still unpredictable, which means I am still cold all of the time. In fact, it snowed on Monday night. So rude. Anyway, despite that nonsense, I am channeling spring for the Hump Day Cocktail this week. Hopefully the weather will follow along?

Ingredients:

-2 ounces of framboise (raspberry) beer
*That’s right, I like beer. Especially beer that is fancy and doesn’t actually taste like beer. I am seriously evolving.
-3 ounces of dry champagne
-Splash of orange juice
-Ice

Directions:
Fill your wine glass halfway with ice. Add the champagne, framboise and a splash or 2 of orange juice, to taste. Boom. Framboise Mimosa. This kind of mimosa is not just for the mornings AND it gets served in a wine glass, not a champagne flute.
