I know everyone does cooking videos (I know this because I watch them incessantly!) but when I met Stuart O’Keefe about 3 or 4 years ago, I was totally charmed (as you will be too) and have been wanting to cook with him ever since. He kindly offered to come over to my kitchen and whip up a few easy, delicious, three-ingredient dishes and I jumped at the chance.
